Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Łaszczów

The subject of the order is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of the municipal waste specified in the order description from residential and non-residential properties located within the territory of Łaszczów Municipality, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, as well as the limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfills, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733 as amended), and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of Łaszczów Municipality. The total projected amount of municipal waste covered by the order will be: 1 478,01 Mg of waste/year 2027. The detailed description of the subject of the order is provided by: a) description of the subject of the order – Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, b) proposed terms of the contract – Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
