The subject of the performance of the public contract (hereinafter „public contract“) are legal services and legal advice in the regime of Act No. 85/1996 Coll., on Advocacy, specifically the provision of legal services and advice in the field of civil and commercial law (including corporate law in relation to municipal companies and contributory organizations) in the scope according to the Framework Agreement (Annex No. 1 to this tender documentation):

• Preparation / revision / commenting on contractual documentation (contracts, annexes, orders);

• Property and real estate agenda (acquisition/loss of rights, termination of contracts, retention, public auctions; purchase/sale/exchange/donation/lease/sublease/loan contracts, building right, easements, future contracts, innominate contracts, memoranda, etc.);

• Corporate / agenda of municipal companies and PO (bodies, relations of the city to municipal companies/PO, related documentation - especially contractual);

• Legal opinions / analyses / research / consultations, participation in negotiations;

• PPP / project contractual agenda (PPP, change of builder, sublicence PD, annexes, etc.);

• Copyright (justification of use of HMP logo, proceedings at ÚPV, analyses and opinions);

• Insurance law (e.g. adjustment of insurance conditions, including proposal for solution).
