Delivery of construction, HVAC, electrical and joinery materials and tools for the needs of the facilities of the Executive Agency "Military Clubs and Military Rest", by separate lots. The public procurement is divided into six separate lots, as follows: Lot No. 1: Delivery of construction, HVAC, electrical and joinery materials and tools for the needs of Territorial Directorate – Plovdiv (TD - Plovdiv) Lot No. 2: Delivery of construction, HVAC, electrical and joinery materials and tools for the needs of Territorial Directorate – Burgas (TD - Burgas) Lot No. 3: Delivery of construction, HVAC, electrical and joinery materials and tools for the needs of Territorial Directorate – Varna (TD - Varna) Lot No. 4: Delivery of construction, HVAC, electrical and joinery materials and tools for the needs of residence "Lozenets" and Central Military Club – Sofia Lot No. 5: Delivery of construction, HVAC, electrical and joinery materials and tools for the needs of Military Dormitories Lot No. 6: Delivery of construction, HVAC, electrical and joinery materials and tools for the needs of the Central Administration of the Executive Agency "Military Clubs and Military Rest" The subject of the public procurement includes deliveries upon request of the Contracting Authority of construction, HVAC, electrical and joinery materials and tools for the maintenance of the facilities of the Executive Agency "Military Clubs and Military Rest". With the present procedure, separate lots No. 1 to No. 5 of the public procurement are awarded. Participants may submit an offer for one, several or all separate lots from No. 1 to No. 5 of the public procurement. A separate contract for the award of a public procurement is concluded for each separate lot. Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) allows the Contracting Authority to award separate lots in the order, valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective separate lot does not exceed 156,464 BGN (79,998.77 EUR) without VAT for supplies and services and 1,000,000 BGN (511,291.88 EUR) without VAT for construction and the total estimated value of the separate lots awarded in this way does not exceed 20% of the total estimated value of the procurement. The total estimated value of lots No. 1 to No. 6 of the public procurement is 285,925.69 EUR without VAT. The estimated value of Lot No. 6: Delivery of construction, HVAC, electrical and joinery materials and tools for the needs of the Central Administration of the Executive Agency "Military Clubs and Military Rest" is 10,622.70 EUR without VAT. The value of Lot No. 6 does not exceed 20% of the total estimated value of the procurement. In accordance with the requirements of Article 21, paragraph 6 of the PPA, the Contracting Authority will award Lot No. 6 of the procurement in the order valid for its individual estimated value, namely through direct award pursuant to Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the PPA. No tenders are submitted for Lot No. 6 within the framework of this procedure. The estimated value of the present public procurement without Lot No. 6 is: 275,302.99 (two hundred seventy-five thousand three hundred and two and 0.99) EUR without VAT, distributed by separate lots, as follows: Lot No. 1 - Delivery of construction, HVAC, electrical and joinery materials and tools for the needs of TD – Plovdiv – up to 51,126.02 EUR without VAT; Lot No. 2 – Delivery of construction, HVAC, electrical and joinery materials and tools for the needs of TD – Burgas up to 76,693.48 EUR without VAT; Lot No. 3 – Delivery of construction, HVAC, electrical and joinery materials and tools for the needs of TD – Varna up to 76,693.34 EUR without VAT; Lot No. 4 – Deliveries of construction, HVAC, electrical and joinery materials and tools for the needs of residence "Lozenets" and Central Military Club up to 35,790.15 EUR without VAT; Lot No. 5 – Delivery of construction, HVAC, electrical and joinery materials and tools for the needs of Military Dormitories up to 35,000 EUR without VAT. Delivery period - 36 (thirty-six) months. The types of materials and tools for the separate lots subject of the present public procurement are described in detail by type, quantity and volume in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the present documentation. The quantities indicated in the Technical Specification are estimated (indicative). The Contracting Authority is not obliged to declare and purchase their full volume within the contract period. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to replace up to 20% of the total value of materials and tools indicated in the Price Proposal for the respective separate lot, with materials and tools outside those indicated in the Technical Specification. Note: Under the right to replace up to 20%, it should be understood as the exercise of a unilateral right of the Contracting Authority (but not an obligation) to order materials and/or tools with technical characteristics different from those indicated in the technical specification within the validity period of the contract for the separate lot, with a maximum value of up to 20% of the total value of the materials and tools in EUR without VAT indicated in the Price Proposal for the respective separate lot. The price of materials and/or tools outside the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority is determined by the current Price Catalogue/Price List of the contractor, reduced by the trade discount offered by it, indicated in the Price Proposal for the respective separate lot, an integral part of the documentation and the contract for execution.
