Belgium – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Aanstellen van een dienstverlener voor onderhoud en vervanging van HVAC-installaties in gebouwen van stad, AGB en OCMW

The contract aims to maintain the HVAC installations in the buildings of the City, the AGB and the OCMW as listed in the inventory attached as an appendix, to ensure that they can be used in the most comfortable and safe conditions, taking into account the state in which the installations are entrusted to the contractor. The maintenance company undertakes, during the period of the contract, to maintain, clean, decontaminate, inspect, adapt, etc. all assigned installations. It will also prepare all necessary documents and make all maintenance reports available to the contracting authority via email. During the period of the contract, the contractor is also responsible for the possible replacement of boilers, pumps, controls, etc. of worn-out installations.
