The municipality of Dippoldiswalde, in the district of Sächsische Schweiz - Osterzgebirge, is tendering for the construction works as part of the renovation and expansion of the Oberschule Schmiedeberg. The subject of the tender is the construction of an extension building including a connecting building with a lift. The gross floor area to be constructed is approximately 2,100 m2. The works to be tendered include earth, foundation, reinforced concrete, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and development works. The works will be carried out during ongoing school operations. During teaching times, increased requirements must be met for the organisation of the construction site and for limiting noise and vibration impacts.
