Slovakia – Electricity – Dodávka elektrickej energie na obdobie 2027-2030

The subject of the contract is the supply of electrical energy to the public contractor's consumption points and the assumption of responsibility for deviations in quality, in accordance with the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, while complying with the relevant valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and standards and the operational rules of the distribution network operator (hereinafter referred to as “PDS”) for the contract period for each consumption point (hereinafter referred to as “CP”), in the estimated quantity of approx. 28 000 MWh for 48 months (years 2027 to 2030), i.e. 7 000 MWh per calendar year for all consumption points of the public contractor.
