The subject of the contract is the design, supply and implementation of a comprehensive platform for electronic public services for residents and businesses, including a website and a mobile application (Android/iOS) that provides, among other things, online payments, personalized information (taxes, fees, correspondence), waste collection schedule, reporting of faults in public spaces, public consultations, a tourism module, along with authentication through the National Electronic Identification Hub. The contract also includes the digitization of back-office processes necessary for the provision of these e-services, including the modernization of sectoral systems managing taxes and local fees, waste management, and finance and budget, along with integrations (e-Deliveries, KSeF, Polish Post), the implementation of an information security management system and a payroll system with an employee portal. The contract also includes the digitization and provision of public data in open formats (budget data, register of real estate for lease, register of permits for the sale of alcohol) along with API.
