4.1 The subject of the contract is the comprehensive cleaning of roads in the summer and winter seasons within the City of Łódź. 4.2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the Contract Notice and in the contract template (Annex No. 10 to the Contract Notice). 4.3 The contracting authority envisages the submission of partial offers. a) Part No. 1 – District II – Bałuty area b) Part No. 2 – District III – Polesie-Śródmieście area c) Part No. 3 – District IV – Górna area d) Part No. 4 – District V – Widzew area The contractor may submit an offer for only one selected part of the contract. In the event that the contractor submits an offer for more than one part of the contract, the contracting authority will reject the offer as non-compliant with the contract conditions. INFORMATION ON FORESEEN CONTRACTS, AS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 214(1) POINTS 7 AND 8 OF THE PZP ACT, IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY ENVIAGES AWARDING SUCH CONTRACTS 27.1 The contracting authority envisages, for each part of the contract, the use of the right to award the current contractor of the contract to repeat similar services in the manner provided for in Article 214(1) point 7 of the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement, up to 100% of the contract value. The possibility of awarding a contract for the repetition of similar services or works on the terms of the Agreement with the Contractor, up to the amount of: - 75 168 556,74 zł net in part 1, - 50 905 786,80 zł net in part 2, - 71 771 426,55 zł net in part 3, - 60 707 515,88 zł net in part 4.
