Subject of the contract: Execution of construction works related to the comprehensive renovation of an office building consisting of two buildings: Building No. 1 (on plot 430/212, Dębica) and Building No. 2 (on plot 430/210, Dębica) located at ul. Metalowców in Dębica. Scope of works to be carried out, inter alia: 1) Demolition and dismantling works, 2) Masonry works (new partitions, brickwork, openings), 3) Internal insulation works (anti-moisture), 4) Flooring works (floor coverings - tiles, floorings), 5) Finishing works of walls and ceilings (plastering, plastering, painting, wall coverings including tiles, cladding with G-K plates, suspended ceilings (grids, acoustic coverings)), 6) Façade works related to thermal insulation (e.g. façade, all sheet metal works, external parapets), 7) Execution of thermal insulation and insulation of foundation walls, 8) Replacement of roof covering layers along with thermal insulation, 9) Replacement of window and door joinery (internal and external) including replacement of internal parapets, 10) Execution of electrical installations (including: energy-efficient LED lighting with cabling, fire and low-voltage installations: IT and monitoring), 11) Execution of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installations, 12) Execution of gas installation along with gas boiler room, 13) Execution of water and sewerage (sanitary) installation (water-saving batteries, white assembly), 14) Execution of mechanical ventilation installation, 15) Execution of photovoltaic installation with energy storage, 16) Execution of air conditioning installation, 17) Execution of solar installation, 18) Execution of external stairs along with barriers, 19) Execution of access ramp for disabled persons, 20) Execution of concrete paving around the building, 21) Supply and installation of movable (excluding furniture) and fixed equipment (e.g. door mats, Braille signage, portable induction loops, sanitary ware (including grab bars for disabled persons), execution of horizontal communication surface marking, door number plates (including in Braille), mobile partitions), 22) Other ancillary works. 2. Preparation and obtaining of all opinions, protocols, positions and other decisions related to the works carried out. 3. Preparation of the "Fire Safety Instructions" and "Fire Procedure Instructions" for the office building (Building No. 1 + Building No. 2) along with the supply and installation of fire equipment on all floors (e.g. hydrants, fire extinguishers, wall signs (pictograms), evacuation plans etc. and other markings resulting from the above instructions prepared). Technical parameters of the office building: 1) Technical parameters of Building No. 1: - Gross floor area 834.00 m2 - Volume approx. 10 200 m3 - Useable floor area 4151.10 m2 2) Technical parameters of Building No. 2: - Gross floor area 566.00 m2 - Volume approx. 7300.00 m3 - Useable floor area 1656.00 m2.
