Germany – Central-heating installation work – Umbau und Sanierung ehemaliges Kasernengebäude 4004 zu einem Familienzentrum, Ludwigshöhviertel - Heizung und Sanitär

In the Ludwigshöhviertel district of Darmstadt, a new residential area for approximately 3,100 inhabitants, the renovation and conversion of the former barracks building 4004 into a family centre, including a youth centre and rooms for community work, as well as the design of new outdoor facilities, are planned. The building is part of the new education campus of the Science City of Darmstadt. In the future, the education campus will consist of four buildings: the family centre in the south, the former barracks building 4001 (future use unknown) in the west, and the new buildings of the Kita Ludwigshöhviertel and the Grundschule Ludwigshöhviertel.
