The University of Zurich (UZH) is seeking a company to provide, implement, and ensure the maintenance and operation of a modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) system, including a Self-Service Portal (SSP). The IAM system must be based on a pure Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. This ensures that operation, required expertise, updates, system availability, and compliance certifications are directly provided by the resources of the supplier. Furthermore, a SaaS solution enables significantly faster implementation, high scalability, and timely overcoming of existing system limitations, which is essential for operational implementation. The IAM system must be integrated with a Self-Service Portal specifically developed for UZH, which ensures that interaction with users is as automated and intuitive as possible.
