France – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – ONEGATE : Mise à disposition d’une solution de création et mise à disposition d’enquête en mode SaaS

The present contract concerns the supply of a software solution in SaaS mode, intended for the design, management and dissemination of surveys: - Provision by the contractor of a Solution enabling managers (internal business users of Banque de France) to parameterise surveys for establishments (Banks, Insurance companies, non-financial enterprises, etc.). These surveys are completed by respondents (users representing the establishments declaring and responding to the surveys); - Parameterisation and configuration services for the Solution; - Support and maintenance of the Solution; - Interface with the Banque de France directory; - User training services; - Security monitoring (based on the Security Assurance Plan).
