Poland – Engineering design services – Modernizacja oczyszczalni ścieków w Rudnikach i Żytniowie

The subject of the contract is the preparation of separate, complete design and cost documentation, along with obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, a building permit decision for: 1) the expansion and modernisation of the wastewater treatment plant in Rudniki, 2) the reconstruction of the wastewater treatment plant in Żytniowie along with the construction of a forced sewer to the wastewater treatment plant in Rudniki. In the first stage of task implementation, the Contractor will prepare at least three design solution variants (including material variants), presenting the advantages and disadvantages of each proposed solution. In the second stage, based on the accepted concept, the Contractor will prepare complete design documentation for the task entitled "Modernisation of the wastewater treatment plants in Rudniki and Żytniowie". The design documentation should cover at least the following sectors: 1) civil and structural, 2) installation and sanitary, 3) technological with calculations and mechanical, 4) electrical, 5) AKPiA (control and measurement equipment and automation), including monitoring and control, 6) road, 7) land development and arrangement, 8) designs, permits, agreements, decisions and guidelines necessary for the implementation of the investment, 9) information on safety and health and safety (BIOZ), 10) indication of ICT components that may appear in design documents. The Contractor will prepare the design documentation in such a way as to obtain two separate building permit decisions: 1) for the expansion and modernisation of the wastewater treatment plant in Rudniki, 2) for the reconstruction of the wastewater treatment plant in Żytniowie along with the construction of a forced sewer.
