Poland – Construction work – Przebudowa budynku Urzędu Skarbowego w Krośnie w ramach zadania: „Przebudowa w celu poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynku Urzędu Skarbowego w Krośnie przy ul. Składowej 5”.

The subject of the order is the construction works related to the reconstruction of the Tax Office building in Krosno at 5 Składowej Street. The investment task to be implemented includes: the reconstruction of the existing building at 5 Składowej Street, Krosno, within the scope of works covered by the building permit – decision no. 114/2024 of 15.07.2024, the demolition of the C.O. chimney on plot no. 383/7, in accordance with the demolition permit – decision no. 113/2024 of 15.07.2024, in accordance with the prepared documentation by mgr inż. arch. Karol Bulanda. The guaranteed scope of the order includes: a) within the scope of qualifying costs: external wall insulation; insulation of the ventilated roof; insulation of the solid roof; ground-level external wall insulation; execution of anti-moisture insulation; dismantling of existing window and door joinery; installation of new window and door joinery, in accordance with the guidelines of the audit, in the "warm installation" system; installation of window opening sensors; construction of a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system; installation of a ventilation control unit on the roof; construction of a BMS system; reconstruction of the C.O. boiler room – dismantling of old boilers along with the boiler room installation and installation of new gas-fired condensing boilers with accessories and flue gas discharge system; execution of a new C.O. installation with insulated pipes along with the installation of new radiators equipped with thermostatic valves; dismantling of existing air conditioning elements (external, internal units, cabling); installation of air conditioning; installation of the external unit on the roof; modernization of lighting, including replacement of fixtures with LED fixtures and replacement of cabling; execution of a photovoltaic installation; execution of a new roof covering (asphalt paper); finishing works (painting, plastering, restoration to original condition); external works related to the subject of the works (dismantling, demolition, re-installation); installation and restoration of the lightning protection system; chimney demolition; reinforced concrete structure and restoration of the retaining wall; installation of stainless steel balustrades; installation of gutters and downpipes; installation of ventilation grilles. b) within the scope of non-qualifying costs: installation of safety devices on the roof.
