The subject of the contract is the provision of emergency intervention services, including repairs, and the performance of maintenance inspections of passenger, goods, passenger-goods, kitchen, windowing mechanism (electric) jibs, and platforms for persons with disabilities (hereinafter referred to as "Lifting Devices"), installed in the buildings of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland (hereinafter referred to as "KPRP"). 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 4 parts. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract consists of: Annex No. 8 to SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) and Annex No. 1A to SWZ – Price Form. 4. The contracting authority, in accordance with art. 18.4 in conjunction with art. 133.3 of the Pzp Act, will make available the documents referred to in paragraph 3, namely: 1) Annex No. 8 to SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ); 2) Annex No. 1A to SWZ – Price Form, at the request of each Contractor applying for the subject contract – the request is Annex No. 7 to SWZ. The request for the provision of documentation is submitted via the Procurement Platform, after prior registration on the Procurement Platform. In order to register, the Contractor should use the "I participate in the procedure" tab, register, and then go to the "Correspondence" tab. Registration and participation in the procedure do not oblige the Contractor to submit an offer.
