The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the preparation of complete project documentation, including obtaining environmental permits and final building permits necessary for the execution of construction works for the task "Construction of side reservoirs at watercourses in the Sokule Forest District, units 123-a-00, 123-g-00 and in the Przyłuki Forest District, unit 7-b-00" implemented as part of the project entitled Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - small retention and combating water erosion in lowland areas - continuation (MRN3) in the Międzyrzec Forest District. The subject of the contract has been divided into parts: Part 1 – preparation of complete project documentation for the construction of a side reservoir at a watercourse with a capacity of 1350 m3, including the construction of three small hydraulic structures serving to slow down the outflow of water (a weir or a water retention structure on the watercourse and two side reservoir sluices); the reservoir is supplied with water from the watercourse. The reservoir will also serve as a water intake for fire-fighting purposes. Task Number 05-14-1.1.01; Part 2 – preparation of complete project documentation for the construction of a side reservoir on the Piszczanka River with a capacity of 1350 m3, including the construction of three small hydraulic structures serving to slow down the outflow of water (a weir or a water retention structure on the river and two side reservoir sluices); the reservoir is supplied with water from the river. The reservoir will also serve as a water intake for fire-fighting purposes. Task Number 05-14-1.1.02. Each task (task number) within the contract part should be treated individually and a separate, complete project documentation should be prepared for it. The subject of the contract has been divided into the following stages (for each of the packages): Stage I - concept of design solutions - presentation of variants (minimum of two) of design solutions along with preliminary cost estimation, preparation of a natural inventory, Stage II - preparation of complete documentation along with obtaining a legally binding decision on the building permit or confirmation of the lack of grounds for objection to the submitted work notification. The place of implementation of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Międzyrzec Forest District, Sokule Forest District and Przyłuki Forest District.
