FEAS Erhverv P/S (hereafter "FEAS") initiates with this tender notice a total enterprise tender with integrated project competition concerning the development and establishment of the area in Universitetsbyen that will accommodate the Faculty of Arts at Aarhus University (hereafter "Arts"). The tender includes the construction of the new building complex 1730 (1730 and 1732) and building complex 1740 (1740, 1742 and 1744), an underground parking basement, as well as the surrounding landscape. FEAS is the owner of the areas that form the framework of the project and is the client throughout the process. Arts will be the long-term tenant of the areas and will subsequently be responsible for the internal operation of the buildings. In the present tender process, FEAS therefore acts as the tender authority on behalf of Arts. The project is part of Aarhus University's Campus 3.0, which continues the ambition to bring the university's activities together in a sustainable, city-close campus environment. The overall development in Universitetsbyen includes both the renovation of heritage-listed buildings and the construction of new buildings, which together, among other things, form the framework for Arts' future campus. Universitetsbyen will henceforth be used for university and research purposes as well as related functions that support collaboration between the university, the city and the surrounding community. The task is tendered as a reverse auction, where the price for the task is set to amount to 410,000,000 kr. excl. VAT, of which 70 million kr. is for a parking basement for expected 180 parking spaces incl. disabled parking. If the tendered parking basement cannot accommodate the expected number of parking spaces within the set framework, a reduction in the number of tendered parking spaces must be made.
