Romania – Cogeneration plant construction work – Încheiere contract la cheie pentru „Unitate de cogenerare de înaltă eficiență în CTE Grozăvești”

The "key" contract will cover the activities to be carried out for the design and execution of the works related to the investment objective "High-efficiency cogeneration unit in CTE Grozăvești", as well as for testing, supply, installation, commissioning, trial operation, tests for the reception and acceptance of the plant and any other tests, training, etc. in accordance with the requirements of the descriptive document. The number of days within which interested economic operators can request clarifications before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information as follows: - on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders for clarification requests submitted 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications. The technical requirements defined at the level of the invitation to participate, the descriptive document or other complementary documents, by the transmission of standards, to a particular manufacturer, to brands, patents, types, to an origin or to a specific production / method of manufacture / provision / execution, will be understood as being accompanied by the mention "or equivalent".
