France – Lifting, handling, loading or unloading machinery – Location d'engins de manutention au Centre de Meuse/Haute-Marne

This contract is for the rental of handling equipment necessary for the operation and exploitation of the Meuse/Haute-Marne (CMHM) Centre of the Andra. The equipment provided must be adapted to the specific operational constraints of the site, particularly those related to the underground environment, access conditions, as well as safety, security, and regulatory compliance requirements. The contract includes, for each of the rented units, a "full service" maintenance contract, covering preventive and corrective maintenance, regulatory checks and inspections, supply of spare parts, labor, and, if necessary, emergency interventions to keep the equipment operational throughout the duration of the contract. The contract will cover the duration of the 5-year project. The successful bidder will commit to taking back the Andra equipment as defined in the CCTP and the DPGF. To account for the typology of the requested equipment, the contract is divided into two (2) distinct lots, corresponding to the different categories of handling equipment defined in the technical documents of the contract. The technical specifications and execution conditions will be specified in the consultation documents provided to candidates invited to submit a tender after the candidacy phase, as part of the IAS (=Invitation to Submit a Tender).
