The subject of the order is the equipment of the Cystic Fibrosis Centre for children in Dziekanów Leśny. The order is divided into 2 following packages: Package 1 - Device for flushing inert gas with integration with the hospital's IT system 1 unit. Package 2 - Device for assessing the performance of the respiratory system with integration with the hospital's IT system. 1 unit. 2. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the order includes Annex 2a to SWZ - Description of the subject of the order (OPZ), Annex 2b to SWZ - Technical parameters list, Annex 2 to SWZ - Price list, and Annex 7 to SWZ - Contract draft. 4. The contractor may submit an offer for one or more parts of the order. The contracting authority does not limit the number of parts of the order that can be awarded to one contractor. The order is divided into 2 packages/parts/tasks. 5. The subject of the order must be new, unused and have a CE marking as well as current documents allowing it to be placed on the market and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices. 6. The procedure for awarding this order has been classified as supplies. 7. The contracting authority envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure, as referred to in Article 139(1) of the Pzp Act, i.e. the contracting authority first carries out an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then qualifies the contractor whose offer has been highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 8. The contracting authority applies Article 138(4) of the Pzp Act, because the submission of offers takes place entirely using electronic communication means. 9. The subject of the order is carried out within the framework of the contract nr FEMA 05.06-IP.01-06IH/24-00 for the co-financing of the non-competitive project: ,, Equipment of the Cystic Fibrosis Centre for children in Dziekanów Leśny’’ co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund within the Priority: V: ,, European Funds for a higher quality of life in Mazovia’’ Actions: 5.6: ,, Health Protection’’ of the European Funds for Mazovia 2021- 2027. 10. In accordance with Article 257 Pzp, the contracting authority may invalidate the procedure for awarding the order, if the public funds, which the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the order, have not been granted to it, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basis has been provided for in the order notice - in the procedure conducted in the open unrestricted tendering procedure.
