Poland – Event services – Organizacja wydarzenia pn. „IX Małopolski Kongres Srebrnej Gospodarki Małopolski Tele-Anioł 2.0”

The “IX Małopolski Kongres Srebrnej Gospodarki - Małopolski Tele-Anioł 2.0” is a regional and national event. It will be a space for exchanging experiences, good practices, and discussions on the future of social and care services in the context of demographic challenges and the development of new technologies. Approximately 300 participants will take part in a modern conference venue, enabling the organisation of expert debates, discussion panels, and presentations of innovative technological solutions supporting elderly and dependent persons.

2. The conditions for the execution of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – contract template and constitute Annex 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the contract template).

3. The subject of the contract description (OPZ) constitutes Annex 1D to the swz and will be introduced as an annex to the public procurement contract.

4. The contracting authority specifies that the contractor will be obliged to transfer to the contracting authority the property rights to the works created, in accordance with the contract.

5. The contracting authority, in accordance with the provisions arising from Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require the employment by the contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, of persons performing activities within the scope of the execution of the contract, consisting of performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code.

6. The contract is implemented within the framework of the project “Małopolski Tele-Anioł 2.0” co-financed from the funds of the European Union within the Programme Fundusze Europejskie dla Małopolski 2021-2027, Priority 6 European funds for the labour market, education and social inclusion, Action 6.23 Social inclusion - projects of the Małopolskie Voivodeship, Type D: Telecare services.
