The subject of the order is: Provision of services in the field of physical protection of persons and property by Special Armed Guard Formations (SUFO) for units and institutions under the supply of 22. WOG in Olsztyn in a 24/7 shift system, consisting of constant direct protection of military complexes (KW), including constant monitoring of signals transmitted and processed in electronic systems and alarm devices, according to the protection plans of individual military units/complexes, including services involving periodic checking of the security status of protected objects by an intervention group of SUFO, and the provision of protective services upon declaration of mobilization, introduction of martial law, or during wartime, in the years 2027, 2028 and 2029. The subject of the order has been divided into 4 parts: Part 1 - Provision of services in the field of physical protection of persons and property, carried out in the form of constant, direct physical protection, as well as services involving constant monitoring of signals transmitted, stored and processed in electronic devices and alarm systems by the Contractor's or Subcontractor's Remote Monitoring Centre, and services involving periodic checking of the security status of protected objects by an intervention group in Olsztyn, Marcinkowo, Purda municipality, and Ostróda. Part 2 - Provision of services in the field of physical protection of persons and property, carried out in the form of constant, direct physical protection, as well as services involving constant monitoring of signals transmitted, stored and processed in electronic devices and alarm systems by the Contractor's or Subcontractor's Remote Monitoring Centre, and services involving periodic checking of the security status of protected objects by an intervention group in Lidzbark Warmiński. Part 3 - Provision of services in the field of physical protection of persons and property, carried out in the form of constant, direct physical protection of the military complex of the 8th Radiotechnical Battalion, located in Lipowiec 138, 12-100 Szczytno, the military complex of the Divisional Training Polygon Centre located in Ulesie, Janowo municipality, Nidzica district, and the military complex located in Wielbark, Szczytno district. Part 4 - Provision of services in the field of physical protection of persons and property, carried out in the form of constant, direct physical protection, as well as services involving constant monitoring of signals transmitted, stored and processed in electronic devices and alarm systems by the Contractor's or Subcontractor's Remote Monitoring Centre, and services involving periodic checking of the security status of protected objects by an intervention group of military complexes in Ciechanów.
