The subject of this order is the Purchase of electrical energy for the objects indicated in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law, the Civil Code and the implementing regulations issued on their basis. The estimated demand for electrical energy in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 is 3 498 376 kWh.
