Netherlands – Road tunnel construction work – HOV4 Kruising Ring/Karel de Grotelaan

For the implementation of the High-Quality Public Transport Link Eindhoven Centrum – Veldhoven De Run (HOV4), among other things, an at-grade intersection will be realised with the ring (Limburglaan) and the Karel de Grotelaan. This intersection contributes to the improvement of traffic safety and flow for all modes of transport at this point. The aim is for a compact implementation, where the ring will be guided under the intersection. The budget for this procurement procedure is 24.000.000 (excl. VAT, price level January 2026). The budget has been set to ensure that the contract can be executed within the available resources.
