Denmark – Agricultural, forestry, horticultural, aquacultural and apicultural services – Kontrakt om arealpleje og vintertjeneste på Forsvarets arealer og etablissementer

The procurement process includes an agreement with the Contracting Authority for the provision of area maintenance and winter services. The Establishment and Terrain Command provides area maintenance and winter services at the Danish Defence's establishments, understood as the maintenance and care of green areas as well as snow removal and anti-icing distributed across five (5) regional sub-contracts. Area maintenance and winter services will be carried out at, among others, barracks, shooting ranges, emergency facilities, training areas, tank and depot areas as well as naval and air stations. The type of area maintenance and winter services is individual for each establishment, but appears from Appendix 1 - Establishment Overview and may change during the contract period, similarly applies to the number of establishments. The tender is divided geographically into the following five (5) sub-contracts: - Sub-contract 1 – North Jutland - Sub-contract 2 – Central Jutland - Sub-contract 3 – Southern Denmark - Sub-contract 4 – Zealand - Sub-contract 5 – Capital Region The sub-contracts are divided geographically to make it possible for small and medium-sized enterprises to bid for the task. Bids can be submitted for one or more of the tendered sub-contracts. In the ESPD section II.A. you must indicate which sub-contracts you wish to submit a bid for. One (1) bid per sub-contract must be submitted for each sub-contract you wish to submit a bid for. The Contracting Authority notes, however, that it is only possible for a Tenderer to be awarded a maximum of 3 sub-contracts.
