France – Milling machines – Acquisition d'une fraiseuse 5 axes continus à commande numérique au profit de l'atelier industriel de l’aéronautique de Bordeaux (AIA BX)

The Bordeaux Aeronautical Industrial Workshop (AIA BX) is a state industrial establishment. It is under the Industrial Aeronautical Service (SIAé), which is attached to the Headquarters of the Air and Space Force (EMAAE) of the Ministry of the Armed Forces. The AIA BX consists of workshops using several machining machines. The aim of this acquisition is to enable: - the machining of individual parts, - the reworking of individual parts, - the machining of parts with varied profiles, - the creation of multiple profiles on repaired parts. The consultation concerns a contract comprising: - the supply of a 5-axis continuous numerically controlled milling machine, - the infrastructure work necessary for the installation of the equipment (electrical connections, fluid supply, etc.), - the civil engineering work necessary for the installation of the equipment, - the primary and secondary training of operating and maintenance personnel, - preventive maintenance during the contractual warranty period.
