Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Zagospodarowanie, odbiór i transport odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Nowy Targ w okresie od dnia 1 października 2026r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2027r.

The subject of the contract in the public procurement procedure entitled „Management, collection and transport of municipal waste from the area of Nowy Targ Municipality from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2027” is:

− collection of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties located in the area of Nowy Targ Municipality;

− collection of municipal waste collected at Points of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in the localities of Łopuszna, Trute, and from 01.01.2027 Krempachy;

− collection of expired medicines and used batteries stored in containers placed in locations designated by the Contracting Authority;

− collection of municipal waste from containers (street bins) located in public places designated by the Contracting Authority;

− transport of the collected municipal waste, as mentioned in points 1-4 above, and their delivery to waste management sites, including indirectly;

− management of municipal waste at the waste management site (municipal facility) indicated by the Contractor in the offer - for all fractions of municipal waste,

− provision of bags to properties in the quantity needed for waste collection;

− provision of barcodes to properties to enable identification of the type of waste and the source – inhabited properties.

− ensuring the operation of Points of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste managed by Nowy Targ Municipality in the locality of Łopuszna, Trute, and from 01.01.2027 Krempachy.

Payment for the service provided is the product of the actually collected and managed municipal waste in [Mg] and the unit prices specified in the offer.

2. The scope and manner of implementing the subject of the contract are specified in (Annex No. 1 to SWZ) – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) and the Draft Contract (Annex No. 2 to SWZ).
