The subject of the contract is the supply of medicinal products, chemotherapeutic drugs, drugs within drug programmes and RDTL. The detailed description and the manner of execution of the contract are contained in the assortment-price tables constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, contract templates constituting Annex No. 4 and 4a to the SWZ. The contracting authority has divided the subject of the contract into 11 parts. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial tenders. A tender can be submitted in relation to all parts of the contract.
