The generative AI platform to be procured shall digitally support administrative tasks, knowledge management, and communication in everyday activities, without transferring decision-making responsibility to AI systems. All generated content is subject to human review and approval by the responsible specialist. This involves processing general personal data, case-related personal data, and special categories of personal data in accordance with Article 9 of the GDPR, particularly health data. The total number of user licenses under this framework agreement, including the district and all participating municipalities, shall not exceed 2,500. Once this limit is reached, no further calls will be allowed.
