Procurement of translation services through the creation of a dynamic purchasing system. Services are divided into two categories – spoken translation services and written translation services. Specific services, their scope, terms and requirements will be determined by carrying out separate procurements based on the dynamic purchasing system. The dynamic purchasing system is chosen due to the fluctuating and not precisely foreseeable demand for translation services, aiming to ensure flexibility, responsiveness and continuous competition. The service provider must use the contracting authority's translation service management system, intended for the ordering, administration and reporting of all translation services (spoken – live, by telephone, via links and written).
