NOTE 1: In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law No. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 17 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

NOTE 2: In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, also taking into account the provisions of the ANAP Notification regarding the implementation of the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in Note 1 will put the contracting authority in a position where it cannot provide a response within the timeframe mentioned in Note 2 and, as a result, the request will be considered LATE.
