The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive support for civilian vehicles of the TATRA brand by an authorised service centre or centres located in the territory of the Slovak Republic, which are members of the distributor system of the vehicle manufacturer TATRA. Comprehensive support means the provision of warranty rights and maintenance of civilian vehicles of the TATRA brand and the supply of original spare parts for civilian vehicles of the TATRA brand from the official price list of spare parts confirmed by the manufacturer of the said brand of motor vehicles (TATRA DEALER PORTAL).
