The contract includes the repair and extension of the commercial and office building located at Kauppakatu 10-12, with the plumbing works to be carried out in accordance with the tender documents attached. The implementation model is a divided contract. The building contractor acts as the main contractor and the main implementer. The subcontracts are assigned to the main contractor in accordance with RT 80271. The subcontracts are: Plumbing contract, Ventilation contract, Electrical contract, Building automation contract.
