Kiinteistö Oy Leppävaaran Esplanadinkulma invites tenders in accordance with the tender documents mentioned above. The subject of the competition is the construction site, which includes the renovation of the B-building's LVIASJ line and the repair of the water roofs of buildings A and B, in accordance with the contract calculation documents attached. There will be no activity in the B-building's contract area during the project. The office spaces in building A will be in normal use during the project, which must be taken into account during the contract. The tender must include all building and technical building services as a complete entity, ready to be submitted in accordance with the tender documents. The contract type is a comprehensive contract, in which the main contractor acts as the principal and designer. HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation and electrical works are included in the main contractor's performance obligations. The main contract period starts tentatively in December 2026 and must be completed by 30.6.2027.
