Poland – Construction work – Przedmiotem postępowania i zamówienia jest realizacja II Etapu inwestycji pn. „Modernizacja i przebudowa budynku Centrum Kultury Rotunda w Krakowie”, obejmująca wykonanie robót budowlanych i instalacyjnych, dostaw, montażu wyposażenia i urządzeń, a także uruchomienie, regulację, próby, odbiory i przekazanie obiektu do użytkowania.

The subject of the procedure and contract is the implementation of Phase II of the investment entitled “Modernisation and reconstruction of the Rotunda Cultural Centre building in Kraków”, including the execution of construction and installation works, supply, assembly of equipment and devices, as well as commissioning, regulation, testing, acceptance and handover of the facility for use. The Rotunda Cultural Centre is located in Kraków, postal code: 30-060, at ul. Oleandry 1. The subject of the contract specifically includes all the elements provided for in the contract documentation, which were not completed, finished, assembled or commissioned as part of Phase I, together with the execution of connections and integration with existing elements. The result of the contract is to be a complete, functional and equipped facility, ready for use in accordance with its intended purpose. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the requirements of the contracting authority related to the execution of construction and installation works, minimum parameters and technical, functional and operational requirements of the offered products, as well as the scope of related services (including design and documentation works) is contained in Annex A to the SWZ and the contract/project documentation (format .zip).
