Contracting Authority (Tranemosegård Department 13 v/D.S.I. Tranemosegård) hereby awards a main enterprise contract in connection with the renovation of three high-rise buildings following the procurement procedure of competitive dialogue. The Contracting Authority is represented by BO-VEST as business manager and administrator. The project involves extensive renovation of the three high-rise buildings in D.S.I. Tranemosegård Department 13 Silergården (T13) in Brøndby Strand, as well as related renovation of the immediate outdoor areas around the three high-rise buildings. The project's 180 apartments are located at the addresses Ulsøparken 2 and 6, and Tranumparken 7, 2660 Brøndby Strand. The interior conditions of the buildings have not been renovated since their construction in the 1970s. Installations are worn out, and surfaces are worn. The goal of the renovation is to modernise and future-proof the interior conditions of the buildings, so that they are improved and raised in quality in terms of standards and operation. The facades of the buildings are, like the interior conditions, worn, and the concrete is weathered in many places with exposed corroded reinforcement. For both technical and economic reasons, the concrete slabs of the buildings are preserved and supplemented with new added facades. The renovation is carried out in three consecutive phases (Phase 1, 2 and 3). Each phase is executed and delivered separately to the Contracting Authority before the next phase begins. Similarly, the related landscaping works are executed and delivered separately to the Contracting Authority. The procurement is made subject to approval from the funding authorities, including Bo-Vest and the supporting authorities.
