The subject of the procurement is the further development work and support and maintenance services for the web services implemented with the Drupal publishing system of the University of Oulu, as well as the procurement of the service package, which includes:

• The current environments of web services implemented with the Drupal publishing system

• Support and application maintenance for Drupal services as a continuous service

• Separately ordered further development work (minor development, projects)

The University of Oulu's need for web service development work varies from year to year depending on the number and activity of larger development project entities and quick minor development projects. Work is ordered as needed and billed according to completion. In addition to application development, the university also develops its web services in terms of content concepts, usability, and accessibility. The annual estimated cost of purchases is 250 000 € - 350 000 € per year. The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the Client is provided with support and maintenance services and sufficient resources for the development of web services as a continuous service.
