Poland – Tractors – Dostawa ciągnika rolniczego z osprzętem do Rejonu Dróg Wojewódzkich we Włodawie

The scope of the contract includes: Delivery of an agricultural tractor with attachments to the Regional Roads Authority in Włodawa. Minimum required parameters for the agricultural tractor and attachments:

Agricultural tractor:

1) Factory new, year of manufacture not older than 2025,

2) With a net power rating as specified in the certificate of conformity not less than 66 KW, meeting the STAGE V emission standards,

3) Engine minimum four-cylinder, diesel, liquid-cooled with a capacity of min. 3500 cm³,

4) Fuel tank capacity not less than 130 l,

5) Manual synchronized gearbox, transmission min 12x12 max 20x20,

6) Hydraulic reverse,

7) Ability to travel at a maximum speed of not less than 40 km/h,

8) 4x4 drive with differential lock,

9) Steering system with power assistance and dedicated hydraulic pump,

10) Main hydraulic pump output not less than 80l/min, separate pump for power steering system,

11) Factory homologated dual-circuit pneumatic installation for trailer,

12) Rear hitches – transportable top swivel automatic release from the cab and bottom field hitch,

13) AdBlue tank capacity not less than 10 l,

14) Front TUZ with a minimum load of 2.7 t with a pair of hydraulics and electrical output controlled by the joystick of the tractor manufacturer, rear TUZ with a minimum load of 4400 kg,

15) Possibility to control the rear TUZ from outside the tractor,

16) Front PTO, rear PTO with min. 3 speeds (540/540E/1000 rpm),

17) Number of external hydraulic sockets – minimum 3 sections (pairs) free at the rear,

18) Suspended cabin. Cabin equipment: heated, air-conditioned, telescopic rear-view mirrors, dual-wiper, front and rear windscreen with washer,

19) 4-post cabin, equipped with 2 seats with homologation for 2 people, driver's seat with pneumatic suspension, automatically folding passenger seat,

20) Tyres not less than front: 380/70R24, rear: 480/70R34,

21) Maximum width of the tractor 2050 mm,

22) Front mudguards,

23) 4 working lights + min. 1 rotating warning lamp,

24) LED flashing bar: orange light mounted on the roof of the tractor with the inscription SŁUŻBA DROGOWA,

25) Wheelbase min. 2350 mm,

26) Maximum permissible total weight of the tractor min. 6 500 kg,

27) Own weight of the tractor min. 4 t max. 5 t,

28) Side markings on the doors: Regional Roads Authority in Lublin Regional Roads Authority in Włodawa. The inscriptions should be made in white. Font ARIAL. Letter size: Height of capital letters – 3.5 cm, Height of small letters - 2.8 cm, Letter thickness - 0.5 cm.

29) Tractor documentation in Polish: a) DTR with operating instructions b) homologation / approval of the tractor for traffic / c) service book d) warranty documents,

30) Warranty period min 12 months from the date of unconditional, protocol acceptance without engine hour limit,

31) Warranty service or assistance within 24 hours from the time of notification on the given day at the place of immobilization in case of tractor

Front loader:

1) Factory new, year of manufacture 2026,

2) Nominal load min. 1900 kg,

3) Lifting height: a. Loading min. 3 800 mm, b. To the axis of rotation min. 4 100 mm,

4) Min. 3 hydraulic sections,

5) Compatible with the proposed tractor,

6) Controlled by the joystick of the tractor manufacturer,

7) Shock absorber,

8) Working tool position indicator,

9) Hydraulic steel pipes hidden in the loader structure, hydraulic pipe connection using (Faster),

10) Quick and easy mounting/dismounting system to the tractor,

11) Working equipment: a) pallet forks adjustable length min. 1.2 m, protected with anti-corrosion coating, b) reinforced box, width min. 2.2 m, capacity in the range 800-1000 l, protected with anti-corrosion coating weight minimum 300 kg,

12) Type of attachment mounting – euro frame,

13) Required documents: a) Operating instructions in Polish b) Warranty card

14) Warranty min. 12 months from the date of unconditional protocol acceptance

15) Stationary service of the Contractor within a distance not exceeding 100 km from Włodawa

3. Along with the delivered tractor, the Contractor will provide it with a complete set of documents necessary for its registration, DTR with operating instructions and documents as mentioned in IV.2. If during the registration it turns out that a specific document/documents is missing or the delivered document/documents is defective, the Contractor will, within 3 days from the date of receipt of the call to supplement, provide the Orderer with the correct document/documents, under penalty of paying a contractual penalty, as mentioned in § 7, para. 1, pt. b of the contract template. Additionally, the Contractor will provide: operating instructions along with spare parts catalogs and warranty cards for the remaining devices constituting the subject of the delivery.

4. The Contractor will guarantee the availability of spare parts for a period of at least 5 years from the date of delivery of the vehicles.

5. This Description of the Subject of the Contract does not include requirements regarding accessibility for disabled persons, due to the fact that the subject of delivery will be used only for official purposes and none of the employees who may operate the agricultural tractors has a disability certificate. The nature of the contract therefore does not require adaptation of the equipment to the needs of persons with disabilities.

6. The Orderer does not require in this procedure any subject evidence.

7. The subject of the contract has been described in a manner specified in art. 101, para. 1, pt 1 of the Act PZP. Pursuant to art. 101, para. 6 of the Act PZP, in the event of indicating equivalent solutions in the offer, the Contractor is obliged to prove in the offer, in particular by means of subject evidence, as referred to in art. 104-107, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements regarding performance or functionality specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract.
