The contract concerns the acquisition of a dilution refrigerator, reaching a minimum continuous temperature of 10 mK or lower, not consuming any cryogenic liquid, called DR, for the LNE-Cnam Joint Metrology Laboratory of Cnam in Saint-Denis (93210). The services include packaging, shipping (including insurance) and installation at the La Plaine Saint Denis site. The Technical Specifications (CCTP) describe the services to be performed under the present contract.
