The subject of the public procurement is the complete delivery of technology on a turnkey basis in the form of Design & Build, including engineering, design of the technical solution, manufacture, delivery, assembly, testing, and commissioning of the entire work, consisting of the delivery of 1 new compressor, compressed air treatment and drying technology with the possibility of 100% redundancy, VZT, 1 transformer 6.3/0.4 kV and all related water, compressed air, electrical installations and MaR including necessary building modifications and modifications to existing pipelines in the compressor room. The contracting authority points out that during the negotiations on preliminary tenders, it may come to a specification of the requirement for the performance of the compressor station, which may result in an expansion of the subject of the performance of the public procurement. The participants shall take this into account in their preliminary tenders (see section 10.4 of the tender documentation). As part of the finalisation of the tender conditions (after the negotiation phase), the subject of the performance of the public procurement will be definitively determined by the contracting authority in this respect, namely with regard to its current operational needs and also with regard to the affected part of the preliminary tenders of the participants and the subsequent negotiation phase of the tender procedure.
