The subject of the contract is the deployment of interpreters in various advisory processes of the contracting authority, aimed at clients of the contracting authority who are not proficient in the official language German. The deployments are based on the respective need. No specific subject area is determined. Examples of subject areas include interpreting during consultations with integration specialists (vocational integration), during medical assessments, or during consultations with specialists in benefits provision. Interpreting is provided both from the respective native language into German and from German into the respective native language. The interpreting is supplemented by contextualising what is said, taking into account culturally sensitive aspects. Furthermore, sensitive mediation in the event of reservations about authorities, the early detection of conflict potential, and the prevention of emerging conflicts are an integral part of the service.
