Poland – Construction, foundation and surface works for highways, roads – Projekt i budowa drogi ekspresowej S19 na odcinku granica woj. podlaskiego – Łosice – granica woj. lubelskiego, odc. realizacyjny nr 2: węzeł „Łosice” (z węzłem) – granica woj. lubelskiego

The subject of the contract is the design and construction of the S19 expressway on the section from the border of the Podlaskie province – Łosice – the border of the Lublin province, section 2: "Łosice" interchange (with interchange) – the border of the Lublin province, located in the Mazowieckie province, Łosicki district, in the municipalities of Łosice, Olszanka and Huszlew. The scope of the contract includes the performance of all design works and construction works necessary for the construction and proper functioning of the expressway, including obtaining the required decisions, including, among others: - construction of a two-lane class S road on section 2 from km 17+263 to km 31+725, - construction of road interchanges, - reconstruction of existing roads in the scope of collisions with the expressway, - construction/reconstruction of roads other than the expressway (including changing the course of existing roads, constructing roads serving areas adjacent to the investment and restoring disrupted road connections), - construction of engineering structures along the expressway and along roads intersecting with the expressway, - strengthening the soil base to obtain proper conditions for the placement of roads and engineering structures as well as the body of high embankments (e.g. at structures) together with the surface reinforcement of slopes, - construction of technical equipment of the expressway, including, among others: construction of drainage and water discharge devices, construction of a technological lane, construction of emergency crossings, construction of road fencing, construction of networks and infrastructure related to the road, - construction of technical devices of the expressway (including, among others, the execution of marking of the expressway and related roads as well as their equipment with necessary BRD devices, - construction of environmental protection facilities, including, among others: anti-noise protection, animal crossings and ecological culverts together with protective-guiding fences, planting of greenery, other necessary ones, which result from the decision on environmental conditions, - reconstruction of devices and networks of existing technical infrastructure (underground and above-ground), colliding with the expressway and related roads. The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation of personal performance by the Contractor of key tasks, i.e. the surface of the main route together with the creation and installation as well as the execution of the remaining layers of the structure of the surface above the native soil (excavation) or embankment (embankment), with the exception of the supply of materials and services. With regard to the key tasks reserved for personal performance by the Contractor, the Contractor may not refer to the capabilities of the entity providing resources, on the basis of the principles set out in Article 118(1) of the Pzp Act, in order to demonstrate compliance with the relevant conditions for participation in the procedure. The estimated value of the contract is above 20 000 000 EUR.
