Czechia – Engineering design services – DNS - Projekční činnosti a dokumentace pro výstavbu FVE a BESS

The subject of the public contracts awarded in the established DNS is the provision of design and engineering services for the preparation of the construction of photovoltaic power plants (PVPP), and possibly including battery energy storage systems (BESS). The performance includes, in particular, the processing of project documentation in stages according to the requirements of the specific public contracts, the provision of related technical documentation, and the performance of engineering activities to the extent necessary for the preparation and permitting of the construction. The performance may also include the performance of author's supervision and other related design and engineering services. The subject of the public contracts is not the implementation of the construction or the supply of technological units. All stages of documentation will be carried out in accordance with § 157 and 158 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended, and the implementing regulations thereto. The delivered documentation and design work should be complete for the construction of the entire PVPP, or BESS (Battery Energy Storage System). The project documentation for transformer / switchgear stations, BESS and supporting structures will be incorporated into the final realization project with the technical data provided by the selected suppliers or manufacturers of these components. The contracting authority will only ensure the control of the documentation. The overall compilation, including printing, will be carried out by the Contractor.
