Finland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Suunnittelun, valvonnan, rakennuttamisen ja turvallisuuskoordinoinnin asiantuntijapalvelujen hankinta

The subject of the procurement are the expert services required for planning, supervision, construction and safety coordination for Kiinteistö Oy Helsingin Toimitilojen and Kiinteistö Oy Helsingin Malminkatu 3, in accordance with the tender notice and its annexes. Based on the framework agreement, services are typically procured for small-scale and possibly urgent projects, which mainly relate to the existing property portfolio. For larger projects, the required services will likely be procured on a case-by-case basis outside the framework agreement, for example, through separate tenders. Expert services are procured under the framework agreement for the following sub-areas: 1) HVAC and cold technology design 2) Building automation design 3) Electrical design 4) Supervision of LVISA technical works 5) Architectural design including principal design 6) Structural design and acoustic design 7) Construction, construction supervision and safety coordination services. A tender may be submitted for one (1) or more sub-areas. Tenders will be compared by sub-area. Up to three (3) bidders with the best ranking in the comparison will be selected for each sub-area. The duration of the framework agreement is four (4) years. Agreements for individual service procurements may be shorter or longer than the framework agreement period. Procurements will be made for a maximum of 4,000,000 euros (VAT 0%) based on the framework agreement.
