With an increased need for the streamlining and standardisation of procurement of Standard Software and Supplementary Products (Support and Maintenance, Implementation and Training), the Buyer wishes to establish a framework agreement for the procurement of products in the form of Standard Software, which is compatible with the Buyer's already used services as per Annex 2.1 (Use Cases), and which falls within the functional requirements for the Framework Agreement's range. The Framework Agreement includes Standard Software and Supplementary Products (Support & Maintenance, Implementation, Training). The Framework Agreement also includes services in the form of ad hoc consultancy services. For further details regarding the framework agreement, please refer to the framework agreement and the related annexes. The tendered framework agreement has a duration of 6 years. The Framework Agreement may be extended 2 times by 12 months each. The Framework Agreement's total estimated value is expected to amount to 320 million DKK. The Framework Agreement's maximum value amounts to 450 million DKK. Consumption can only be considered an estimate and is therefore not binding for the Buyer. The Buyer has the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the services covered by the Framework Agreement from the chosen tenderer, pursuant to the Framework Agreement's section 1.3.
