Preparation of a complete set of project documentation for the comprehensive interior design and modernisation of the rest rooms for flight managers, the instructors' room and the sanitary facilities on floor 3, in Block 4 of the building of the Single Centre (SC) for Air Traffic Management (ATM), with the main aim of creating conditions for the phased and effective renewal of the premises and improving the working environment for the operational personnel. The services will be provided in three stages, including two design phases, as follows: Stage 1: "Pre-design surveys", including activities as specified in the Employer's Technical Specifications; Stage 2 "Conceptual Design": including a preparatory stage with the preparation of a minimum of 3 variants of conceptual solutions for the functional layout, aesthetic design and interior appearance of the spaces, and the preparation of a conceptual design based on the approved conceptual solution, within the scope and content as specified in the Employer's Technical Specifications; Stage 3: "Detailed Design" based on the approved Conceptual Design of Stage 2, within the scope and content as specified in the Employer's Technical Specifications. Performance of author's supervision during construction as specified in section VI, clause 2.2. of the Employer's Technical Specifications. Performance of unforeseen design services under the conditions specified in section VI, clause 2.3. of the Employer's Technical Specifications.
