The contracting authority does not allow for the submission of partial tenders. Reason: The subject of this procurement is the successive supply of consumables for printing devices from OKI and XEROX. This is a commonly available assortment. Dividing the procurement into parts would be uneconomic and disadvantageous from an organisational perspective.

2. Description of the subject of the procurement and the conditions for the execution of the procurement are contained in the annexes:

2.1. Price specification – Annex 2 to SWZ

2.2. Draft contractual clauses, which will be incorporated into the contract – Annex 4 to SWZ

3. The contracting authority allows for the submission of equivalent tenders - the description of equivalence is contained in Section IV of the SWZ.

4. The contracting authority does not foresee an electronic auction or additional procurement.

5. Information regarding joint bidding by contractors is contained in Section IX of the SWZ.

6. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of changing the terms of the concluded contract (so-called contractual changes based on Article 455(1)(1) of the Act) in relation to the content of the tender on the basis of which the contractor was selected, in accordance with the conditions set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ. The contract may also be changed in the cases referred to in Article 455(1)(2-4) and (2) of the Pzp Act.

7. The contracting authority has included the information clause resulting from the content of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, in the SWZ.

8. The validity of the tender is 90 days. The validity period of the tender begins with the expiry of the tender submission deadline. This day is the first day of the validity period of the tender. The above means that the validity period of the tender expires on 02.11.2026.
