Poland – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – ZAKUP ENERGII ELEKTRYCZNEJ NA POTRZEBY GMINY GŁUBCZYCE I JEJ JEDNOSTEK ORGANIZACYJNYCH

The subject of this order is the Purchase of electrical energy for the objects indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, the Energy Law, the Civil Code, and the implementing regulations issued on their basis. Separate contracts will be concluded as a result of this public procurement procedure in the form of an unrestricted tender for the PURCHASE OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY FOR THE NEEDS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF GŁUBCZYCE AND ITS ORGANISATIONAL UNITS. Detailed information regarding the conclusion of contracts by individual organisational units is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ. It will be the obligation of the selected Contractor to represent the Purchaser and its organisational units before the competent Distribution System Operator in matters related to the notification of a change of supplier. For the performance of the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive the appropriate power of attorney (Annex 4.1 to the SWZ)

2. The Purchaser acts in its own name and on the basis of a signed Agreement (Agreement for inspection at the Purchaser's headquarters), on behalf of:

• Miejskiego Ośrodka Kultury w Głubczycach

• Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej w Głubczycach

• Środowiskowego Domu Samopomocy w Głubczycach

• Przedszkola nr 1 im. Marii Konopnickiej

• Przedszkola nr 2 z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi im. Kubusia Puchatka w Głubczycach

• Przedszkola nr 3 w Głubczycach

• Szkoły Podstawowej nr 1 z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi im. Tadeusza Kościuszki

• Szkoły Podstawowej nr 2 im. Janusza Korczaka

• Szkoły Podstawowej nr 3 z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi im. Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie

• Szkoły Podstawowej z Oddziałami Przedszkolnymi im. Weteranów II Wojny Światowej w Lisięcicach

• Zarządu Oświaty, Kultury i Sportu w Głubczycach

• Zespołu Szkół w Pietrowicach

• Zespołu Szkół w Pietrowicach Filia w Ściborzycach Małych

• Ludowego Klubu Sportowego "Technik" Głubczyce

3. Order – purchase of electrical energy for the objects listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ:

1) The estimated demand for electrical energy from the moment the order comes into force until 31.12.2028 is 3,207,621 kWh. Since, as of 01.09.2026, energy sales will be made by the reserve supplier, the Purchaser requires the Contractor to notify the change of supplier at the earliest possible date, i.e. after signing the electricity sales contracts and the proper verification of the process by the OSD. For the purpose of estimating the estimated value of the order and the estimated consumption of electrical energy in kWh, the Purchaser has assumed the period from 01.11.2026 to 31.12.2028.
