The Stadtwerke Waldkirchen, a municipal enterprise of the city of Waldkirchen, intends to carry out the comprehensive renovation of the Karoli Badepark at VdK-Heim-Straße 3 in 94065 Waldkirchen. Funding from two different funding sources (EFRE and RÖFE) is sought. The focus of the overall measure is on the technical and energetic renewal of the indoor pool. Services for the technical equipment planning HVAC with pool water technology (plant groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8) according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI in the performance phases 1 to 9 (Lph. 4 only, if applicable) are to be commissioned. The commissioning will be carried out in stages. In the event of an order, the performance phases 1 to 2 will be commissioned first. The commissioning of further performance phases will be decided by the contracting authority according to the progress of the project (staged commissioning). The following special services will be awarded: - Energetic certificates as well as support for the energy optimization expert report according to the requirements of the EFRE funding - Support in the preparation of the necessary documents and calculations for subsidy law evaluations - Support with the application for funding (for EFRE and RÖFE) - Support with the settlement of funding including proof of use (for EFRE and RÖFE) - Monitoring of defect rectification within the limitation period
