The subject of the contract is the service of organizing and conducting professional courses (qualification courses ending with an external exam before a certifying institution) for a total of 20 trainees of the Centre for Vocational and Continuing Education No. 2 in Wadowice, including providing participants with medical examinations, training materials, personal protective equipment, NNW insurance, meals on training days, external exam, and documents confirming the qualifications obtained. The contract has been divided into 2 parts: a) Part 1 – TIG 141 welding course – qualification course with meals – for 10 trainees. The course covers 103 hours of classes (23 hours of theoretical classes and 80 hours of practical classes) and ends with an external exam before a commission of the certifying institution and the issuance of a welder's booklet and a qualification exam certificate. Course implementation location: Wadowice (with the possibility of implementing classes outside Wadowice on the terms specified in the OPZ). b) Part 2 – excavator-loader operator course (III class of authorisation) – qualification course with meals – for 10 trainees. The course covers 134 hours of classes (52 hours of theoretical classes and 82 hours of practical classes) according to the programme of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Mechanisation of Construction and Mining and ends with a state exam before an examination commission appointed by this Institute. Course implementation location: Wadowice (with the possibility of implementing classes outside Wadowice on the terms specified in the OPZ).
